Guest rate for rooms is £68.09 (excl VAT) which is £80.00 including VAT for single occupancy. £80.85 (excl VAT) which is £95.00 including VAT for double occupancy. This is our general rate and applies to guests who are not attending a function at The Manor.

Our Platinum package comprises:
• Room and continental breakfast for up to 10 guests
• Full use of the Wilts and Berks conference rooms
• Buffet lunch in the Whitworth room, tea and coffee service throughout your stay
In summary, you take over the entire hotel - five double / twin rooms, the dining room, the 47 m2 Wilts and the 20m2 Berks rooms, and the grounds too. £650.00 per day.

Our Gold package comprises:
• Room and continental breakfast for up to 10 guests
• Full use of the Wilts and Berks conference rooms You take over the entire hotel and grounds for your event - this package includes tea and coffee service but NOT lunch. £550.00 per day.

In the Silver package, you book all five rooms in the hotel overnight - ideal if you've got an important delegation visiting you in Chippenham, Melksham or Trowbridge and you want them to have an exclusive place to stay. £350.00 per night, including continental breakfast.

For day conferences, our Bronze package allows you to take over both conference rooms, library, dining facilities and lounge throughout the day but it does not include any bedrooms.Includes tea and coffee service. £250.00 per day

All packages are priced for events attended by up to 10 guests / five rooms.

* Delegate rate for rooms - £60.00 (excl VAT) or £70.50 (inc VAT) if delegates wish to book and/ or pay for rooms separately. Delegate rates are applicable to bookings made by visitors who will be attending a course, conference or meeting to be held at Well House Manor during their stay. This rate applies to single or double occupancy.

Returning delegates. If you return to Well House Manor for weekend nights (Friday or Saturday) or at public holidays within 6 months of checking out after staying at the delegate rate, you may stay again at the delegate rate.

We quote prices in Pounds, Euros and US Dollars. Euro and Dollar prices are reviewed every 3 months based on current exchange rates; the next review will co-incide with the changes outlined above.
